Visit the Campus

The best way to get to know Nevada State College and its students is to visit the campus. Being a relatively new campus, a tour doesn’t take much time, but the students visitors meet leave a big impression.

Nevada State College consists of two main campuses, both located in Henderson, Nevada.

The Main Campus is located on our 550 acre campus at 1125 Nevada State Drive. Dawson (DAW), the main building, includes the Bookstore, Library, Tutoring Center, many classrooms for all majors and the Great Hall, where students can meet, study or grab a quick bite to eat.

The Downtown Henderson Campus is comprised of two buildings, Basic and Water (BW) and Basic and Water II (BWII).  BW houses the Presidential Office as well as classrooms and offices for the Nursing Department.  BWII houses classrooms and offices for the Education and Business Departments, a satellite bookstore and the Student Experience Division which includes the Office of Admissions & Orientation, the Office of the Registrar and the Office of Financial Aid.

For a complete tour and a chance to meet students, please contact the Dawson Building Front Desk staff at 702.992.2600 to arrange a tour of the campus.
