Nevada State High School Students
The information contained in this section is specific to students with disabilities who are attending the Nevada State High School Program
Students with disabilities that are currently enrolled in the Nevada State High School program should consult with the high school administrator and the administrator of C.L.A.S.S. to establish accommodations. The Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or Section 504 Plan meets the criteria for use as disability documentation. IEP and 504 plans are evaluated in accordance with the standard C.L.A.S.S. procedures and may be taken into consideration when developing accommodations related to the student’s disability. Nevada State College accepts responsibility for providing accommodations to any high school student with a disability that is enrolled in college course work at Nevada State College independent of their high school curriculum.
Any high school student with a disability that is enrolled in college course work at Nevada State College needs to self-identify as an individual with a disability and meet with a C.L.A.S.S. administrator to obtain support and accommodation services.
