How To Nominate:
- To nominate a colleague, please complete this form and return it to the Office of the President either by fax at 702.992.2354 or by email to nichole_miller@nsc.nevada.edu.
- Any NSC employee who is at least half time is eligible for a NSC Star Award.
- Any NSC employee or student can nominate. There are no limits on the number or frequency of nominations submitted
- Recipients will be selected on a first nominated, first awarded basis. The Stars Award is administered by the Office of the President and is awarded approximately once every two weeks.
- Only one NSC Star Award can be given per employee per academic semester. If an employee is nominated more than once in an academic semester, the first nomination received will be the one selected.
