Types of Financial Aid

The majority of students attending college today receive financial aid.  There are several types of financial aid, and students and parents, depending on eligibility, may use some of or all of these when financing their education.  Financial aid consists of grants, scholarships, employment and loans.  Grants, scholarships, and loans are provided by federal, state, and private sources.

Information is provided here about the most common and widely available forms of financial aid.  All current and future students are encouraged to investigate all possible sources of financial aid.
