The mission of the Controller’s Office is to enhance institutional effectiveness by providing accurate, timely and meaningful financial information to the administration, faculty, staff, and students of Nevada State College. We strive to assist college departments in the management of the college's resources through application of professional accounting standards, stewardship principles and sound business practices. We are committed to providing financial integrity and accountability to all whom we serve.

Datawarehouse
The Business Information and Decision Support System has been developed by System Computing Services as a user friendly tool to obtain financial and budgetary data. Five categories of data may be read or downloaded using this tool. They include Business Information, Chart of Accounts, Data Extracts, and Standard Reports. Most data is current through the close of the previous day’s business.
A RACF user ID and password are required to gain access to this system.
Financial Statements
The Nevada System of Higher Education issues an annual audited financial statement, management letter, and A-133 Single Audit Report on a system wide basis.

Paymentnet
Paymentnet is the tool provided by JP Morgan Chase for the management of NSC’s purchasing card. Individual card holders my review data or download reports on the transactions processed in a real time environment.
A Paymentnet user ID and password are required to gain access to this system.

UNLV Accounts Payable
Under current arrangements, UNLV processes a majority of our purchasing, accounts payable, and travel transactions. Several guides for the proper preparation of documents are available at this site.

Xnet is a repository for standard Advantage financial system daily and monthly reports provided by System Computing Services which were previously provided as paper documents.
