


Learn More About Degree Programs in the School of Nursing
The School of Nursing provides three different tracks for students with varying educational experiences to achieve their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, as well as an innovative program leading to a career in Occupational Therapy.
Regular BSN Track
Learn about the two-year pre-licensure nursing program including the prerequisites
and the curriculum.
Accelerated BSN Track
This one-year program is for applicants who have already earned a bachelors
degree or higher in any subject. Check out the prerequisites and curriculum.
Registered Nurse (RN) to BSN Track
This track is for Registered Nurses who wish to obtain their BSN. It
is an on-line program. Learn about the prerequisites and curriculum.
Occupational Science/Occupational Therapy
Nevada State College and Touro University have joined together to provide a 5-year Occupational Therapy program. For the first three years, students follow a defined curriculum of full-time study at NSC. Upon completion of this pre-professional curriculum, students begin their studies at Touro. After completing one successful year at Touro, students will have satisfied the requirements for a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Science from Nevada State College. Upon successful completion of the fifth and final year, the student will have satisfied the requirements for a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Touro University.
