Nursing Advisor...

Academic advising includes some of the most important steps along the academic path. All students are encouraged to begin their academic advising from the time they are admitted to Nevada State College and continue throughout the nursing program. It is recommended that all new NSC pre-nursing students contact the Academic Advisor prior to registering for classes. It is important that all transcripts have been evaluated by Admissions prior to setting an advising appointment and that placement tests have been taken and scored if there are no SAT or ACT scores available. Advising will not be beneficial without this information. It is best to make an appointment to assure getting questions addressed in a timely manner.
