Description: This form must be submitted each semester the student wishes to receive VA funding for coursework. After the form is submitted, the evaluator will confirm that all courses taken are applicable to the student's degree program and certify the courses to the VA. - Concurrent Enrollment Certification form; Link to: (PDF)

Description: This is form is to be used by students completing their degree at NSC, but would like to be certified for courses taken at another school.
- To initiate VA benefits upon entering the college, submit one of the forms below in addition to the Semester Enrollment Certification form.
- It is highly suggested that students use VONAPP, the online application available through the Department of Veterans Affairs. The online application will provide much faster processing than the paper application.
- Paper application are below. Submit one copy to the Department of Veterans Affairs and another to Nevada State College.
