Description: Clarification needed re: date when candidate submits complete P&T file to Dean (see p. 8 and Section D, p. 9, of policy).  Clarification needed re: Associate Professor and full Professor guidelines.

Progress: Discussion at Sept. 27, 2011, meeting.
Status: Will revise wording for Section C. Timeline (heading); revise wording for  Date statement in timeline table; compare Associate Professor and full Professor guidelines with departmental Standards of Academe; will discuss at next meeting.  Revisions in progress.

Next meeting scheduled for  Oct. 26

• Discuss revised wording; review guidelines for application process, and compare with each school’s Standards of Academe. Align with Standards of Academe if appropriate.
