Transcript Evaluation

Send an unofficial copy of your transcripts(s) to transferevalsrequest@nsc.nevada.edu

Assure that you have included the following:

• An original individual transcript from ALL institutions you have attended
• Name, phone number and email address)
• Intended major

*Note: If you missing any of the aforementioned items your evaluation may be delayed.
Upon receiving your unofficial transcript(s) we will begin the evaluation processes. You will be contacted for an appointment to discuss the results within 10 business days.
