Any student who would like to receive R.C.S.D. services is encouraged to contact the R.C.S.D. office as soon as s/he is accepted to Nevada State College. Students are responsible for self-identifying and providing the college with verification and of their disability from an appropriately credentialed professional. The documentation must substantiate limitation(s) to a major life activity. The R.C.S.D. office will then interpret the evaluation and determine the need for appropriate accommodation. Supplemental assessment may be required to justify the student’s request for a specific accommodation.
