Rho Hudson, Ed.D. currently serves half time as faculty in the School of Education, teaching special education, foundations, and math methods courses, and half time as the Director of the Resource Center for Students with Disabilities. Dr. Hudson is one of NCS’s founding faculty members. Prior to coming to NSC, she worked for 19 years in the Clark County School District teaching kindergarten and special education and later as Testing Coordinator for the District. Dr. Hudson graduated from University of GA and moved to Las Vegas in 1977. She received her doctorate in special education from UNLV in 1999. In addition to teaching, Rho’s passion is helping animals, and she has a menagerie which includes llamas, dogs, cats, tortoises, birds, and a Red Rock Canyon burro.
