Bart Patterson was named President of Nevada State College during a special session of the Board of Regents on April 30. Serving as the interim president of the college since November 1, 2011, Patterson is the seventh individual to assume the leadership role since the college’s inception in 2002. (view article)

Financial Aid Awards Increase for NSC Students

4/17/2012 - “Since 2009 we have more than tripled the dollar amount of funds awarded to our students and that number continues to grow,” stated Neil Woolf, director of financial aid at NSC. “The more students we can work with to complete the FASFA, the more opportunity we have to secure financial support for their education.”
